Preparation time is around 5mins, cooking time is around 15mins.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon chopped Onions
2 tablespoons Chilli Sauce (I like to use the sinsin brand's extra hot chilli sauce)
4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
400g Prawns
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Corn Flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 Lemon wedge (for the juice)
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes (optional)
Method
1. Mix the chilli and tomato sauce, corn flour, lemon and water in a bowl.
2. Heat up the oil and add the garlic and onions, stir-frying it for about a minute.
3. Add in the prawns and fry until they turn orange.
4. Add in the sauce mix and bring it to a boil. Add in the chilli flakes for a spicier flavour!
5. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg. Pour the egg into the pan and stir it until the egg is well mixed and cooked.
Remove and you're ready to eat! Goes well with bread to mop up the sauce! :)
